Palate
Medium bodied, with heat. Stewed orchard fruits: pear, apple and plum. Delicate smoke and a little cloudy apple juice. Some orange oils. In time, gentle caramel and vanilla emerge.
Finish

Comment
Solid flavours, brought down by being a touch hot.
