Tasting Notes

Nose

Raspberries and oranges. Muscat grapes. Expensive wax candles scented with sandalwood and musk –very enticing. With water red currant jelly and rosehips come out.

Palate

Baked apricots and plums with a rum like richness. Fruit loaf with sultanas and gentle spices. Cranberry and then blackcurrant emerges and slightly takes over.

Finish

Heat fires from front to back of the mouth like a rocket.

Comment

Unusual and I preferred it without water. It’s a zippy character and doesn’t want to hang around.
