Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh pear and honeydew melon, ginger and newly cut grass. A soft malted biscuit like ‘Rich Tea’. Gooseberry and angelica, then shortbread and sweet pastry case.

Palate

alted lemons and crushed lemon grass. Proving bread dough, some saltiness and lollipop stick. Reminded me of grappa.

Finish

A symphony of freshness but drifts gently. Elusive but it rewards patience.

Comment

A delicate dram, certainly one for the summer.
