Nose

Fresh, malty. Sweet vanilla yoghurt, lemon sherbet. Biscuity. Wafer. Honey syrup. Getting minty on time. Very much a springtime aromatic profile.

Palate

Smooth and sweet at first then a spicy outburst gives a dry and fizzy feel. But the alcohol is well mastered. Creamy custard. Stone fruit. Victoria plums. Apple juice. Lemon posset. Touch of pear drop.

Finish

Medium long, soothing on vanilla biscuit flavours.

A lovely, fresh and conversational dram. A dash of water brings out more sweetness. A spring celebration in itself.
