Nose

Strawberry yogurt, with some slightly fermented raspberry notes, red and black wine gums and a little suede leather. Given time, the fruity notes give way to some thing all the more malty and some orange fondant.

Palate

More of those strawberries, this time tempered with a touch of pepper and some sooty smoke. The leather notes are also present too.

Finish

Creamy, with a return of the sweet orange fondant alongside some very clean malt.

Comment

A nicely rounded whisky.
