Tasting Notes

Nose

Perfumy, grassy. Sweet aniseed, vanilla. Drying hay. A farm yard note. Butterscotch. Faint smoke. Liquorice.

Palate

Sweet and gently flowing. Then becoming fizzy and crisp. Quite dry as well. Water brings out oiliness and enhances the spiciness with an earthy touch.

Finish

Long, with a salty feel. Soothing with a toffee note.

Comment

A buoyant character. Perfect to get you back on your feet on a crispy morning.
