Nose

Intensely floral and sweet. Just a little alcohol kick at first but it quickly fades. Freesia. Fresh pineapple. Really lively and multilayered. In time, vanilla syrup, aniseed.

Palate

Crisp and light. Fizzy feel but the alcohol is well mastered and smoothed by pleasant fruity flavours. Grassy and spicier with water.

Finish

Sherbety and dry. Soft spices.

Invigorating like a crisp spring morning. Fragrances in the air. I prefer it neat.
