Invigorating like a crisp spring morning. Fragrances in the air. I prefer it neat.

Tasting Notes

Taster

Nose: Intensely floral and sweet. Just a little alcohol kick at first but it quickly fades. Freesia. Fresh pineapple. Really lively and multilayered. In time, vanilla syrup, aniseed.

Palate: Crisp and light. Fizzy feel but the alcohol is well mastered and smoothed by pleasant fruity flavours. Grassy and spicier with water.

Finish: Sherbety and dry. Soft spices.

Comment: Invigorating like a crisp spring morning. Fragrances in the air. I prefer it neat.

Score: 8.3

Taster

Nose: Lovely and sweet but with some delicate floral edges to it. Tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and watermelon. Layers of fruit and sweetness.

Palate: Clean and fresh. The fruit fest continues, with spices joining in , cinnamon, powdered ginger and a little thyme laced salt.

Finish: Dries with those spices gripping.

Comment: A restorative dram, this will perk you up after a walk.
