Nose

Malty and grassy. Drying hay. Flowery. Honeysuckle. Lemon drops. Refreshing. With water it gives more grassy notes.

Palate

Sweet at first then following by a spicy outburst. Lemon posset. Ginger ale. Herbal tea (specifically aniseed and lemon grass).

Finish

Spicy, dry and lingering too.

A vibrant character, especially on the palate. Refreshing but with a bite.
