Chocolate digestive biscuits. Belgian waffles. Banana pancakes and ripe plums combine for a wonderfully rich nose.
Palate
Honey, a hint of earthen floor, Damson jam and light BBQ tones are the result of an oily, rich palate.
Finish
Spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and a hint of fennel round off a super dram.

Warm waffles drizzled in runny honey. Excellent stuff.
