Nose

Fresh and slightly cooling. A lot of fruit development — cherry pie, red apples, apricots, peaches, bananas, and some vanilla ice cream.

Palate

The palate doesn’t lead on quite as much as expected from the nose. There are some nice floral notes, akin to fresh washing, a bit of mango lassi and freshly cut lemon peel and peaches, but it lacks slightly in weightiness.

Finish

Not terribly long, with a lot more of the wood spice coming through.

A pleasant whiskey but slightly missed the mark on the palate.
