Nose

When first poured there’s a whiff of paint thinner but that softens out. Then there’s honey blossom, pineapple, and lots of green apple.

Palate

Quite fresh and light, almost Sprite-like. Citrus (lemon and orange) alongside red chillies, and sponge cake.

Finish

Fairly hot, with a lot of heat tingle across all parts of the palate.

Comment

Felt like I wanted this whisky to give me more — wasn’t as full as I was initially expecting, and tasted stronger than the ABV would suggest.
