Nose

A butyric touch. Creamy cheese (reblochon?). Fruity notes slowly rise up. Gooseberry. Juicy pears.

Palate

Sweet even sugary. The cheesy note comes back. Not very aromatic.

Finish

Dry, short, fades quickly.

Comment

Should we try pairing that whisky with cheese? I am not convinced...
