Nose

What a whack attack on the nostrils – hot croissants, dark chocolate, butterscotch Angel Delight and blackcurrant jam all bundled up in a cedar box full of black pepper.

Palate

Juicy and spicy with distinct notes of blackcurrant, pear crumble and perhaps just a trace of fresh mint on the finish. Richer flavours develop with mahogany, treacle and sultanas creating depth.

Finish

A soft, leathery texture heats and dries the upper palate leaving you salivating for more.
