Nose

Crisp, taught, spicy rye. Hints of cinnamon, sweet corn and citrus conserve. Complex with manure, perfumed violets and chunky yet elegant wood spices. Evocative and fragrant, syrup coated apricot and toffee coated banana.

Palate

Deep and mature honey, malty spice and wood spice. Treacle, liquorice, cocoa and dark chocolate follow. The oak bites a little on the middle but the juiciness of the spirit offsets. \n

Finish

Long and lightly coffeed and treacly with vanilla and youthful, herbal rye piercing the finish just like an arrow! \n
