Nose

Light and spring fresh with a little touch of lychee, green melon, strawberry and crisp oak. With water comes a note akin to marzipan/almond milk.

Palate

Fruits to the fore here: pears, a little mint and a dusting of icing sugar on baked apple. All very delicate, smooth and sweet. Oak just pokes out a little.

Finish

Clean and fragile.
