Nose

A stationary cupboard: new paper, Blu Tack and felt-tip pens on pine shelving. Instant coffee granules and green apple. Porridge with honey, cream and nutmeg.

Palate

Custard creams. Lots of condensed milk in a little coffee. Behind it all there’s delicate orchard fruits (apples and plums) and a touch of cinnamon. Brown bread with honey.

Finish

Short and sweet, with a touch of bready-ness too.

Comment

Sweet and simple, but unnervingly moreish. Has enough interest that one could probably drink it all day.
