Fresh apple juice (Cox) with light oakiness and pulpy fruits. The wood\rmoves into sweet biscuit,medlar.

Palate

Slightly sour to start,then flattens rather than lifts. There's mint and thick\rsweet fruits. A little cloying.

Finish

Sweet.
