Nose

A big nose of musty wood spices, oak shavings, and metallic notes like coins or worked iron. The aroma then opens up with blackcurrant leaf, bramble tea, orange zest, and slightly sweet tamago sushi or pastel de nata.

Palate

Medium bodied and fairly rich, with brandy snaps filled with orange-infused cream. Cinnamon sugar and All Bran cereal.

Finish

Medium, with Bournville chocolate combined with wood and alcohol spices.

Comment

Lots of spice and cereals, but it has a sweet side, too.
