Nose
Huge, meaty (Bovril, roasting tin, oxtail soup) treacle, singed, hint of smoke. Massive concentration.
Palate
Robust and powerful with an almost earthy power. A massive grumbly malt which might not have the complexity of others in its weight division but which delivers a mighty punch.
Finish
Long.
Comment
Tell me this and Knockando share similar characteristics. A single Speyside style? I think not.
