Gentle and floral, apple (fruit/blossom), heather, pear, raspberry, chocolate. Sweet oak.

Palate

Soft start, a burst of sweetness with gentle waves of flavour: flowers, nutty oak, malt, dried grasses and orchard fruits. Subtle and balanced.

Finish

Complex, nutty.

Softness and subtlety is underrated these days, but can be more complex as any big old bruiser.
