Nose

Firm, spicy and oaky. Night stocks, black fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg. Walking in the pines after rain.

Palate

A floral start with some soft fruits. Firm structure, toffee, oak/pine. Good balance.

Finish

Firms up. Lots of spice.

Comment

The same underlying fruity character as the distillery bottling but this is more structured and spicy. Take your pick, they're both very fine.
