Nose

Blossom (cherry/apple). Lightly spicy and young. Pine. With water Roquefort cheese (!) and nut oil.

Palate

Sweet and sugared light and lemony. The cheese is still there.

Finish

Clean fresh and short.

A charming dram from a still which usually is pretty bland.
