Nose

Fairly light, with pear drop, candied lemon peel, shredded wheat cereal, ginger biscuits, caramelised nuts, and hints of straw and cut grass. A vanilla sponge cake note emerges with time.

Palate

Light bodied. Apple skin, pear drop, a little more sponge cake, clove and ginger spice, chocolate-coated raisin, and brown bread with vegetable spread.

Finish

Medium-long. Woody vanilla. A slight herbaceous note rises and fades.
