Nose

Subtle coal smoke that quickly turns into s’mores (charred marshmallow, graham cracker, milk chocolate). Black cherry, vanilla pod, clove, and cinnamon stick. Dry grass and peppery watercress.

Palate

Medium-full. Peppery, anise-like rye notes. Caramelising brown sugar, black treacle, roasted peach, crystallised ginger, and dark chocolate-coated oaty biscuits. Cherry jam and Coco Pops.

Finish

Medium-long. Peppery, with jammy cherry and damson.
