Palate

Sweet and smooth. Burnt caramel, demerara sugar, treacle, raisins in eau-de-vie. Then that peppery touch of the nose comes back with an oaky touch.

Finish

Dry, peppery.

Comment

Once the funny off note has gone, we have a pleasant whisky, not over sweet. Refreshing spicy profile.
