Nose

Smoke again, this time with briny notes and plain oak (almond, pine). There is also real weight behind this. Subtly perfumed mixing heavy flowers with soft/semi dried fruits and hints of cocoa.

Palate

An excellent spread of flavours: cooked apple, fresh apricot, toasted nuts, madeleines, tickle of smoke and a waxy depth.

Finish

Smoked vanilla pod.

Flawless, sweet, dry, deep, light, smoke, flowers, cream, toasty oak. Elegant.
