Excellent firm, grassy malt base. A hint of peat.

Palate

A starburst of rich, mouth watering and malt.

Finish

Soft, fabulously intrinsic peaty notes from the Yoichi school give brilliant length and depth.

Comment

A very, very fine blend that which makes no apology for the peaty complexity of Yoichi malt. Classy stuff.
