Nose

Buttered popcorn and wisps of wood smoke. Milk chocolate and raisin oatmeal cookie. Baked pear, cinnamon, and star anise. Really fresh, pulpy apple juice. Honey-nut cornflake cereal with peanut.

Palate

Medium-full bodied. Gentle fruit salad notes of pear, apple, grape, and orange. A charred vegetal note and a touch of charcoal. Oily focaccia. Caramel stroopwafel and a little rooibos tea.

Finish

Long. Rooibos tea, honeyed peanut, and peat notes that get more medicinal.
