Nose

Well layered with mint,sweet spices, candied fruits. Almost confected. Cocktail cherries,violet,orange and lemon rind. The water increases the scented notes along with rock candy but also a bitter note. Pine sap with water and then strawberry.

Palate

Hugely fragrant,as you expect, in fact, it's so high-toned it's almost over the\rtop. Light oaky tones,kirsch.

Finish

Oak grip.
