Tasting Notes

Nose

Scented, attar of roses, pollen and lemongrass. Polished oak and almonds. Almost like an amaretto made in Kentucky. Water brings out cherries, wintergreen, sagebrush. High toned.

Palate

Soft and slightly jammy to start and not as noisy as the nose suggests. Sourdough and apple.

Finish

Sour.

A rollercoaster.
