Nose

Touch of acetone. Balanced, with a touch of oak next to the light lemon, green apple and fresh summer fruits. A mealy note with water.

Palate

Nutty with lots of vanilla. Buttery in its own way. Lightly citric with a dusty malty note.

Finish

Blackcurrant leaf.

Comment

Water diminishes it, so I’d leave well alone.
