Tasting Notes

Nose

Fragrant. Fresh lemon juice. Then a distant smoky note mingling with a phenolic touch. Burnt tyre and a bonfire the day after.

Palate

Crisp and dry. More smoke than on the nose. Citrussy flavours with a honeyed touch. Getting drier and spicier.

Finish

Dry, spicy with a soft cereal aftertaste.

Comment

A refreshing and straightforward dram. Light and lively.
