Cooked fruit, light medicinal notes, fish oil, black olives in brine, dried seaweed. Vanilla.
Palate
Layered flavours. Starts sweet (banana) then Savlon, seaweed, tar-covered pebbles, with perfumed smoke on top. Balanced.
Finish
Tarry. Peat.
Comment
Good balance between heavy phenols and sweet creamy oak. A long, generous, palate filler.
