Nose
Felt, lemon ad strangely reminiscent of rabbit food. Some maturity. Malty. Water brings out yeast and in time a oily/meaty note.
Palate
Slick and tongue coating. Malt extract. Tongue covering. Nut shells and red fruits.
Finish
Tight with tomato and a hint of blood.
