Nose
Deep, with toffee, sealing wax/teak oil, some spice (cumin and coriander). Water exposes the oak.
Palate
Lots of cask activity. Digestive biscuit, macadamia.Sugar and black cherry shifting into tobacco. Lots of oak but a sweet spirit underneath. Has age.
Finish
A little dry,but I'm getting to like it.
Comment
