Nose

Sweet mint, some basil and creamy vanilla. Some cereal husk. Apples and lime and an elegant smoke. A little linseed.

Palate

More sweet mint, some dark chocolate and lots of vanilla. Bright yellow vanilla ice cream.

Finish

Gentle smoke and some wood-spice.

Comment

Good complexity, structure and balance of smoke, spice and sweetness.
