Nose
Green grapes, moscato, blossom. Hot gorse with water. Green tea and grapefruit. Simple but attractive.
Palate
All that fragrance along with a slight thickening quality in the centre of the tongue. Light malt. Falls apart with water.
Finish
Whipped cream.
Comment
All rather insubstantial but attractive enough though.
