Mature. A light fingal note: cep, roasted meat, dry oak. Old cupboards, antique shops.

Palate

Delivers on the palate. Old and quite rich: leather, nut bowl, black fruits, oaky and firm, a hint of smoke. Just enough sweetness to carry.

Finish

Woodland walk in autumn.

The balance tips things to the oaky side. Good on the palate, but only for lovers of old whisky.
