Nose

Cranberries, crunchy peanut butter, toasted sesame oil and dehydrated limes. Bursts of salted caramel and hot date sponge trickle through.

Palate

Hot sandalwood, pecan praline, salted popcorn and notes of ginger beer warm the palate, while the raisins, lavender and gooseberries lift a floral sweetness through.

Finish

The ginger beer notes dry and lengthen the palate.
