Nose

Fermenting pineapple and lime pickle, spearmint toothpaste, Greek yoghurt and blood orange. Sour cherries, peaches in syrup, candied ginger and lemon meringue pie.

Palate

Mango ripened to perfection. Sweet-and-sour sauce, ripe pineapple chunks, honeycomb (the real stuff) and butter shortbread.

Finish

Deliciously creamy. Those sweet-and-sour notes fade slowly.
