Nose

Heavy and oily with barley, oak and honey you could cut with a knife! Lightly perfumed with guava, lime, apricot, vanilla and heather-like notes. Water emphasises the lime making it fresher.

Palate

Full and honeyed with apricot, malt biscuits and barley. Deep and concentrated with refreshing lime. Water makes it juicy and unctuous. \n

Finish

Long, honeyed and herbal with a superb sweet/dry balance. Water brings out a touch of dry spice. \n
