Nose

Fruity and oily, with notes of fresh pineapple, cream soda, sandalwood and blackcurrant leaf.

Palate

Like sucking on blackcurrant and liquorice sweets. There’s a huge oak influence with lovely wood spice – black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Then sweetness from dark, chewy toffee and a herbal lift of spearmint.

Finish

Dry but with a pleasantly lasting blend of blackcurrant, liquorice and mint.
