Nose

Back to the green,leafy,metallic side of things. Chalky with a hint of rose petal and allspice.

Palate

Very sweet start then after about two seconds the rye rushes in gives a prickle of acidity in the middle before the vanilla,fat corny smoothness returns.

Finish

Light spice and lemon.
