Nose

Waxy citrus – lemon and orange. Applesauce and tinned pear. Creamy liquorice. Coriander seed, turmeric, fresh ginger, and a little cinnamon. Hints of digestive biscuit and white chocolate.

Palate

Medium-full. White chocolate. Coffee and walnut cake with coffee-cream icing. Macadamia nut. Ground ginger, clove, and cinnamon. Subtle turmeric latte and very gentle floral notes.

Finish

Medium-long, with mandarin, clove, and gentle black tea-like tannins.
