Nose

Right by the seaside with this one — you can almost hear the gulls cawing. Sea salt, seaweed, and wet rocks. Then a touch of sweetness: white sugar and candied lemons.

Palate

A bone-dry smoke here — it just seeps into the tongue when you’re not noticing. Very soft but absolutely noticeable. Again, lemon drops, vanilla beans, and madeira cake.

Finish

Lasting cigarette smoke and a touch of cooling spice around the edges.
