Nose
Like nosing an open campfire. Very meaty: barbecued pork, chargrilled steak. Opens up to medicinal notes with more time. A hint of petrol, and vegetable oil.
Palate
Smokiness really comes through. The grilled meat notes persist, particularly pork and steak. A hint of oil, roasted marshmallow, and overcooked cauliflower.
Finish
Long finish where the smokiness lingers.
Comment
I no longer feel like a vegetarian after drinking this.
