Nose

Hello peat, old friend. Charcoal, creosote and hot chillies with lemon and cut grass. Pencil shavings come to play; especially the graphite over the wood.

Palate

A pleasing plastic-y texture. Freshly treated fences and charcoal. Water brings out sweet, salty and spicy notes… vanilla, caramel, sea salt, black pepper and soapy clove.

Finish

Bonfire dies out becoming delicately sweet. Milk chocolate peanuts and milk left after granola cereal.
