Nose

Exceptionally attractive notes of golden syrup sponge cake, with raspberry jam and muscovado sugar. Crème brûlée. Sultanas. Toffee Crisp chocolate. Caramel.

Palate

Velvety sweet notes, with heather honey, maple syrup, some slight hints of mint and fennel to balance out the toffee fudge and salted caramel chocolate. Excellent stuff.

Finish

Long and syrupy, with the herbal qualities to keep the balance.
