Nose

Sweet, medicinal, buttery and floral. Damp tweed and ginger. Sootier with time.

Palate

Soft, gently spiced, with summer fruits and digestive biscuits. Mildly medicinal as well.

Finish

Very long and warming, with hazelnuts and drifting peat smoke.
