Nose

Peaty and spicy. Curry. Quite zesty. Créosote.

Palate

Smooth at first, gently flowing down. Gets spicier but keeps a delicate malty sweetness. Smokier than on the nose. Hint of thyme. Spices keep the word.

Finish

Dry, smoky. Liquorice root.

A very good balance between nose and palate. An island character with a pleasant earthy background.
